He established the company with two primary goals: to create a better work-life balance for himself and his family, and to provide customers with higher-quality products and more personalized service.

Robb Palmer – Project ManagerBegan career in the modular construction industry in 1989 with Coastal Building Systems Southern.
Over a 12-year tenure, progressed through multiple roles across the manufacturing facility, including Crew Leader, Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, Line Supervisor, and ultimately Production Manager.
Gained comprehensive, hands-on experience in all departments while contributing to operations across three manufacturing plants with a workforce of over 300 employees.
Continued career with WillScot, specializing in service work and new project punch lists, ensuring quality completion and client satisfaction.
Advanced to Southeast Modular, where responsibilities included Line Supervisor and Production Manager, overseeing production efficiency and team coordination.
Throughout career, worked closely with cross-functional teams including production staff, drafting, engineering, sales, and service departments to ensure seamless project execution.
