This particular non-profit modular project, a 24’ x 44’ size modular building equaling 1,056 square feet, offers an office with a waiting area, a large private storage area with a garage door for receiving large donations. It features Hardi-Panel siding with a shingle roof that has a 12” roof overhang on all four sides. Pre-fabricated concrete steps and ramps provide wheelchair accessibility and are virtually maintenance free.
With budget constraints it was ABS’s job to provide this non-profit organization with the best materials, price and service.
