Transflo needed to replace an aging modular building that no longer met the demands of its 24-hour operation at the Port of Tampa. The company required expanded locker room space, new shower facilities, enhanced security, and a durable, low- maintenance building capable of withstanding heavy daily foot traffic while providing long-term value.
Transflo selected ABS based on responsiveness and hands-on approach for a New 26’x64’ – 1,664 square foot Custom Office and Locker Room building.
ABS delivered a permanent modular office and locker room facility designed for long-term durability, security, and low maintenance in a 24/7 port environment.
The building features commercial-grade 18” x 30” glue-down LVP flooring with 4” cove base, a perimeter frame with steel floor joists, double 5/8” floor decking, galvanized bottom board, and Hi-Rib steel exterior. Interior systems include fiberglass showers, flush-valve fixtures, ERV with dehumidification HVAC system, and full height FRP wall finishes for a cleanable, high-durability interior.
Security and performance upgrades include interior and exterior cipher locks on doors, high-impact resistant windows, aluminum stairs and ramps, white metal awnings, 24” roof overhangs with site-installed gutters and downspouts, and a 15-year roof warranty.
The result is a durable, permanent modular solution built to withstand heavy daily use and continuous operation.
