The Challenge

Providence Academy, a private school based at High Point Church experienced rapid enrollment growth and urgently needed additional classroom space. The challenge was to develop a full school campus quickly—without disrupting ongoing instruction.

The Solution

Providence Academy partnered with Alternative Building Solutions (ABS) for a modular design that delivered high-quality learning environments in a fraction of the time of traditional construction.

ABS designed and completed a two-phase modular project:

Phase 1: 72’ x 60’ building for grades 1–5 and administrative offices

Phase 2: 96’ x 64’ building for grades 6–12

Both buildings feature energy-efficient HVACs with Energy Recovery Ventilators and Dehumidification Systems, LED lighting on interior and exterior, 2×2 Lay In T-grid ceiling system for flexible on-site wiring and devices capabilities, Hardi Panel stucco siding, and a 15-year EPDM roof warranty.

Thanks to ABS’s expertise, Providence Academy expanded quickly, avoided costly delays, and reinforced its reputation as one of Lake Wales’ top- rated, fastest-growing private schools.
